5 Ways to Burn Calories on a Non-Working Day

Running

Both jogging and sprinting are two easy activities to burn calories on a weekend. Sprinting and steady-state running improves cardiovascular fitness, body composition, and strength. It also increases bone density. About 10 minutes of jogging and 5 minutes of sprinting can burn 100 calories of your body.
